By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are agreeing to all requirements including the following:
My electric rate will be changed to Dynamic Peak Pricing (D1.8) for a minimum of 12 months and cannot be changed during this time.
I authorize DTE to make 4-degree adjustments to my thermostat only during Critical Peak events.
I will install the provided thermostat in my home within 90 days. Otherwise, I will have to return it or reimburse DTE for the cost of the thermostat.
