Actions
Provide details about your actions. What exactly did you do and how did you do it? The interview team will want the most details during this part of your example.
Result

Interview Tips & Expectations
- Be prepared to provide multiple examples demonstrating each competency during your interview.
- Avoid talking about general processes. Highlight how you accomplish tasks and goals in your current role. Interviewers are interested in learning about how you work, not the actions of others.
- Expect the interview team to ask you a lot of follow-up questions. This allows the team to best understand and evaluate your skills against those needed to perform the job successfully. It also puts you in the best position to highlight your skills and put your best foot forward.
The goal is to show the interview team you are qualified and ready for the job.
